Start here
Sign in with Google, open Connections and connect a provider. Signing in identifies your Rankavon account; it does not grant access to Google or Bing. Each provider requires separate authorization.
Google Search Console
Use Connect Google when the shared application is configured. The owner must enable the audience and exact redirect URI in Google Cloud. If the Google app is in Testing, your Google account must be an approved test user. Advanced users can upload their own OAuth Web application JSON. Changing that configuration requires reconnecting.

Choose a property, select your period and open a report from the sidebar. Run analysis loads the current and preceding equal-length periods. Query, page, country and device views use top returned rows. Detail tables can differ from aggregate totals. Filters can include or exclude a query, page pattern, country or device.
Save your project context
Use Save filters to reuse a view. In Project notebook, add an annotation, open a saved content group or restore an experiment rule. Save report stores a snapshot of up to 500 rows, not a complete search export.
Review indexing information
URL Inspection reads the provider’s stored information. It does not request indexing or test the page live. Bulk inspection processes at most 20 URLs sequentially and saves each result. Google quotas apply. Bing crawl records should not be treated as a definitive Google indexing verdict.
Bing Webmaster setup
In Bing Webmaster open Settings → API Access for your Webmaster API key. This is not an IndexNow key. Rankavon encrypts the key and only calls its read-only method allowlist. Alternatively, configure a registered Bing OAuth client for webmaster.read permission.
Google Analytics 4 setup
Register the separate /api/ga4/callback in your Google OAuth client and enable Google Analytics Admin and Data APIs. GA4 uses analytics.readonly consent separately from Search Console. Choose your authorized Analytics property and a channel, page, country, device or event breakdown.

Enable Chrome UX Report API in Google Cloud and save its API key in the Core Web Vitals view. Choose an HTTPS URL or origin and a device. CrUX reports aggregated real-user data; missing data often means the URL or device has insufficient coverage. Try origin level if an exact page has no record.
Account data and privacy
Saved records and credentials are encrypted and bound to your account. Visual privacy mode blurs the workspace but does not redact exports. Delete individual records from the notebook, revoke grants in Client reports or delete your own Rankavon data in Connections.
