Privacy & data
Rankavon is a beta search analytics workspace. Sign-in identifies your Google account. Search Console, Bing Webmaster and Google Analytics require separate connection permissions.
Data we store
Connection credentials and tokens are encrypted in application storage. Saved filters, annotations, experiments and report snapshots are encrypted and associated with your account. Live reports are fetched from providers when requested. Browser storage is used only for your theme preference.
How access works
Search and Analytics requests use read-only API operations. Other customers cannot access your connections or saved records. Rankavon does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Rankavon does not use your Google data for model training. If you request data through Rankavon tools in an AI assistant, the requested results are returned to that assistant.
Retention and removal
Saved records and feedback persist until you delete them. Feedback is visible to you and the application owner for review. Disconnecting a provider deletes the locally stored connection; you can also revoke Google access in your Google account. Use Connections to delete your Rankavon account data. Deleted records are removed from active application storage; provider data and platform backups follow their own retention policies.
Limitations
Reports may be incomplete because of provider quotas, anonymized data and API row limits. Forecasts and opportunities are estimates. Rankavon does not guarantee rankings, indexing or customer acquisition.
